Where do personality colors come from?
Grouping people into four temperaments is a very old idea: the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates described four “humors”, later known as the choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic temperaments. Many modern workplace models, such as those based on DISC theory, keep that four-part structure and use colors to make it easy to remember. This quiz follows the same spirit:

- Green: steady, supportive and patient.
- Blue: analytical, careful and precise.
Can I be more than one color?
Absolutely. Nobody is only one color: most people have a main color and a strong second one, and both can shift with context (you might be red at work and green at home).
